A Sisterhood Retreat for Voice & Expression
Friday, May 15, 2026 – Sunday, May 17, 2026

A 2-night, 3-day embodiment retreat immersed in nature — surrounded by forests, open vistas, and a flowing river

Event Description

Wild & Rooted is an immersive weekend 2-night, 3-day retreat inviting women to deepen into authentic voice and expression — the voice carried in the body, the voice that belongs to the heart, the voice through which life is truly lived. Beneath expectations, beneath roles, beneath the ways expression has been shaped or softened over time.

There is something deeply powerful when women gather to share their voices. In many ways, modern life has thinned the spaces where women once came together to sing, to speak openly, and to be witnessed in their full emotional range. Wild & Rooted offers space for that kind of circle — where expression is shared, held, and honored in sisterhood.

Held in circle and surrounded by forest, river, and open sky, this gathering creates room to explore voice gently and intentionally — in relationship with land, body, and community.

This retreat honors duality:

The longing to be seen — and the need to feel safe enough to open.

The instinctual sound rising from within — and the grounded body that allows it to be expressed.

Throughout the weekend, somatic sound & voice embodiment practices, vocal toning, intuitive movement, drumming, journaling, sound immersion, and a forest candlelit labyrinth ritual are woven together with care.

This space is not about performance. It is about authenticity and tenderness — allowing expression to arise from the heart, in its own rhythm and timing. This is a trauma-informed space.

*This space welcomes ALL women (AMAB/trans, binary, cis)
