Dear Vernonia Village Families:

On the final day of school, June 10, 2026, we will have a field trip to Camp Cedar Ridge, including allowing the kids to experience our 300′ Slip & Slide, our pool and inflatable bounce houses! Parents, guardians and other siblings are invited to join us at 5:15pm for dinner and some family fun!

My camper will attend the field trip to Camp Cedar Ridge on Wednesday, June 10th (minimum day/last day of school). *YesNo

NO BUS SERVICE - PARENT PICK UP ONLY *

I understand that there will NOT be bus service home. I must pick up my child at Camp Cedar Ridge at 18062 Keasey Road at 5:15pm.

Consent - Inflatable Bounce Houses *

I give my child permission to use the inflatable bounce houses at Camp Cedar Ridge.

Consent - Slip & Slide *

I give my child permission to use the 300' Slip & Slide at Camp Cedar Ridge.

Consent - Swimming Pool *

I give my child permission to swim in the Camp Cedar Ridge swimming pool with a certified lifeguard on duty.

Need to Send Swim Attire, Towel & Sunscreen *

I will send a swimsuit, towel and sunscreen to school with my child on 6/10. I will label all belongings.
