Join us for Moving to the Rhythm of Now
Friday, April 10, 2026 – Sunday, April 12, 2026

Moving to the Rhythm of Now is an immersive, body-centered retreat inviting you to step out of habit and into presence through dance, rhythm, sound, and embodied awareness. Blending Ecstatic Dance, Nia, Dance into Being, Drumming, SoundBath and poetry, and reflective journaling, this retreat offers a nourishing journey into movement as medicine and rhythm as a unifying force. Guided by skilled facilitation and held in a supportive, playful, and grounded container, participants are invited to rediscover joy, authenticity, and connection—awakening the body’s natural intelligence while moving in relationship with self, community, and the living pulse of the moment. No prior experience is needed—only curiosity, a willingness to listen inward, and a desire to move more fully into the Rhythm of Now.
